Parker Brothers "CHE" Grade side by side shotgun made by Parker Gun Company, Meriden, Connecticut in 1926. Blued "Acme Steel" barrels with matted rib, brass bead front sight, and ejectors. Rib marked with "Parker Bros Makers, Meriden, CT. U.S.A. Acme Steel". Barrel flats stamped with "Parker Bros Overload Proof". Case hardened No. 1 -1/2 boxlock frame with typical dog and vignette "C" Grade style engraving. Gun has automatic safety and double triggers. Walnut over-the-wrist checkered pistol grip stock with typical carved Diamond behind lock, Parker Logo grip cap, German silver oval monogram plate and added "Old English" rubber recoil pad. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 70% fading original barrel blue with trigger guard worn silver. 10% original case colors with most in protected areas. Stock has been cleaned with recoil pad being added at one point in time. Stock has some light handling marks and dings. Excellent bores and mechanics. DLM
