W&C Scott Crown Grade side by side shotgun made in Birmingham, England and imported by Abercrombie and Fitch, Houston, Texas in the late 1970's. Blued fluid steel barrels with smooth concave rib, bead front sight, ejectors and marked with W&C Scott logo on top of barrels and Abercrombie & Fitch logo under the forearm. Case hardened scroll engraved boxlock action with scroll engraved blued floorplate marked "CROWN". Gun has double triggers and automatic safety. Walnut checkered English grip stock with checkered wood butt, checkered side panels and diamond teardrop carving behind the side panels, and German silver oval initial shield. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with push-button release. CONDITION: 90% barrel blue with trigger guard showing wear on the grip area. 80% bright case colors and floorplate blue. 90% original varnish with sharp checkering and some light handling marks and dings. Screws slightly damaged. Great bores and mechanics with tight lockup. DLM
