Manufactured in 1963, this classic royal blue finished snake gun features a desirable 2 - 1/2" vent rib barrel marked with the proper 2 line address on right side. Chambered for the potent .357 Magnum cartridge and fitted with fixed front and adjustable square notch rear sights. 6 shot swing out cylinder. Fitted with the proper service style checkered walnut grips with gold plated Colt medallions. CONDITION: Very good. Retains the vast majority of the factory applied blued finish with light to moderate silvering and wear on cylinder, muzzle, front of trigger guard and other high edges. Wear and abrasions are more extensive on cylinder than other areas of the revolver. Grips are good as moderately worn with some minor impressions. Bright, mirror bore with strong rifling. Indexes correctly. Would make an excellent shooter of this rare Python variant. BAS
