Marlin Model 1893 lever action rifle. Made 1894. 26" octagon barrel with a full tube magazine. Buckhorn rear sight with blade front. Added rear tang sight as well. Original blued finish forming a nice patina throughout. Oil finished wood stocks with a crescent metal butt plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 50% of its original finish with an attractive patina forming in most areas. Wood has minor handling marks, dents and scratches. Comb has a small cut out for the tang sight. Bore is very sharp with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
