Lot consist of: (A) Savage Model 1907 semi automatic pistol. Slide marked SAVAGE ARMS CO UTUCA. N.Y. U.S.A. CAL. 380/PATENED NOV. 21 1905. 9.M/M." Blade front sight with U-notch cut out rear. Period reblued finish. Original "SAVAGE/QUALITY" checkered grips. Original ".380" marked magazine. CONDITION: Metal retains 60% of its reapplied finish with some areas of patina and spattered surface rust. Grips have a few handling marks and scratches. There is some surface rust on the internal components. Bore is lightly frosted with very good overall rifling. Magazine has light wear. (B) Savage Model 1907 semi automatic pistol. Made 1912. Standard patent date on the top of the barrel. "SAVAGE" marked on the left side of the frame. Blade front sight with U-notch rear. Original blued finish. Left grip panel is original, the right is a replacement. Original unmarked magazine. Incudes a generic leather holster. CONDITION: Metal retains little to none of its original finish, with wear and patina. Grips have some light scratches, in addition to a hairline crack on the left panel. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. Magazine has formed a patina as well. JWA
