Lot consists of: (A) Spanish Star Model Super B manufactured 1946 through 1983. 9mm Parabellum chambering with 5" barrel. Dot front and square notch rear sights. Blued finished slide and frame, with import markings. Brown plastic checkered grips. Accompanied by Star box and an extra magazine. CONDITION: Good. Retains majority of thinning blued finish with high edge wear. Bright mirror bore and fine mechanics. Box fair. (B) Star Model B 9mm Pistol contracted for West German Police use. Manufactured in 1954 as part of the last 1000 gun contract for the Landespolizei Niedersachsen, the front grip strap is factory stamped "LPN". Barrel marked "Cal. 08" referring to the year Germany accepted the 9mm Parabellum cartridge. Blued finished slide and frame, with checkered wood grip panels. CONDITON: Very good. Retains the vast majority of factory applied finishes with some scattered handling marks, high edge wear, a spot of wear on the slide behind the chamber and a small chip at the bottom of the right grip panel. Bright bore with strong rifling. Fine mechanics. Visible numbers matching. BAS
