5 screw N frame, 4" barrel, with normal rollmarks for this model. Square butt. No police marks. Case colored hammer and trigger. Legends with white infill. These revolvers were loaded with hot .38 Special rounds, as a predecessor to the venerable .357 Magnum. CONDITION: Very good, retaining much of the factory blue, with some silvering at high edges and muzzle appropriate to holster use. Normal handling marks throughout. Some loss of which infill on legends. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, locks up tightly, bore is very good with strong rifling and some abrasion near throat. EW
