A nice Model 76 African Grade Bolt Magazine Rifle. This rifle is built with a 23" barrel and fitted with a spear point rib, dovetailed rear sight and a ramped front blade sight as well as a mid barrel band with integral sling swivel eye. The rifle is also fitted with a Swarovski Optik Habicht Nova 1.5-4.5x20A Scope on a swing/pivot detachable mount system. Smooth bolt action with a three position flag safe and a drop belly magazine with steel floor plate. According to the Dakota website the rifle has a four round capacity. Rifle is mounted on a straight grained walnut, multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with a blue steel grip cap/ring, rear sling swivel stud, and a solid orange rubber factory recoil pad. Forearm section of stock is checkered to match the pistol grip and fitted with two stabilizing cross bolts with ebony plugs and an ebony forend tip. Rifle comes with a full length leather travel case. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel retains 99% original color and rifling is clean and sharp. Bolt slide is smooth. Sights, mounts and rings are very good. Scope is older model, but very good. Stock/forearm is excellent with very little signs of use. Butt pad is also good. Leather full length case is very good with some minor storage marks. CP
