Circa 2016. A very fine matched pair with 28" monobloc barreled game guns. Barrels are nicely blued and appointed with ejectors, narrow machined ventilated ribs, round brass front bead sights, and multi chokes. Both sets of barrels with light floral scroll panels on top barrel near breech. Barrels are also numbered "1(A)" and "2(B)" with gold inlay on rib near breech. Left side of top and bottom barrels stamped "15.9" and "76" for chamber length - (3 inch). Bottom barrels marked appropriately with their individual serial numbers "No. 9022" & "No. 9033". Left side of bottom barrels "Imported by KEBCO LLC, Hanover, PA". IL cal 20". Both sets of barrels with multi chokes. The round-bodied side plated boxlock actions with "number 1(A)" being single inertia driven and "number 2(B)" gun being single mechanical trigger(s) are built with non-auto safes, "S" in gold are custom engraved with floral scroll and rose bouquets though out. The silver-grey patina frame and action which reads "L'Atelier Verney-Carron France" on its actions bottoms are engraved by "Ripammonti MOJ" which is signed on the trigger plates right-hand side. The single triggers are protected by double rolled edged trigger guards which are also nicely engraved and extend through the guns bottom strap. Interior of metal works on actions, trigger guards, triggers and iron metal shows evidence of color case hardening. The dark brown smoky marbled European walnut stocks are built with fine point checkered pistol gripped hands and have scroll engraved steel skeleton styled grip caps. Buttstocks have matching fine point checkering. Matching game forend with fully engraved Boss styled over and under wings. Forends are also fitted with Deeley-styled releases, engraved shield, and iron metal. The guns are kept in a Verney-Carron leather case with brown leather trade label and spare chokes and wrench for each gun. CONDITION: Excellent. Both sets of barrels retain 99% original blue and are shiny. Actions are both tight on face, ejectors are strong and triggers function properly with snap caps. Stocks and forends with some light handling marks. Very nice custom over-under game guns. CP
