Rare Winchester Model 64 deluxe carbine made in the 1943-1948 period by Winchester Repeating Arms Company. Blued Winchester Proof Steel barrel with hooded ramp front sight and 22G rear adjustable sight. Blued action with plain trigger and 2/3 magazine. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with Winchester logo grip cap and steel checkered Widow's Peak buttplate. Walnut checkered semi-beavertail forearm with factory sling swivels and period-style leather sling. CONDITION: 90%+ blue with small scratches and dings. Possibly added finish with some dings having blue in them on the tang. Frame has outline of a sight on side of receiver. Wood has some light handling marks and dings with buttstock showing some light cleaning. Sling swivels have some freckling from poor storage with leather having a coat of Mink oil applied. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
