1935 vintage Winchester Model 64 lever action carbine, serial number 1097136. According to Madis 334 guns with this barrel length were sold during the 1933 to 1941 period before this barrel length was discontinued in 1941. 20" round tapered barrel chambered in .30 Winchester Center Fire (.30-30 WCF) with 2/3rds magazine tube, standard rear sight, and hooded ramped front. 2 piece plain walnut stock and forearm complete with rifle forearm cap and checkered steel shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Very good with most of the original bluing remaining. Receiver and small parts are beginning to form a brown patina and show some high edge wear. Stock and forearm are excellent and strong with no discernable cracks and minor handling marks. Action works correctly when cycled by hand. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. TN
