Archival framed Infantry Appointment document accompanied by a photo of Theodore Roosevelt. Site 14 1/2" x 17 1/2". Overall 22 1/2" x 26". December 28, 1908. President Roosevelt appoints Henry M. Nelly as "First Lieutenant of Infantry". Signed by President Theodore Roosevelt. Counter signed by Acting Secretary of War Robert Shaw Oliver. CONDITION: Very good. Slight discoloration along the bottom of the document. Official blue seal is missing some of the edge. CG
