Archival framed and matted typed letter by President Theodore Roosevelt. Dated March 3,1909 The White House. Letter measures 7" x 8 3/4". Framed with an image of Roosevelt and his son Kermit on Safari. Overall 24" x 17". Letter is addressed to Colonel Russel B. Harrison, Indianapolis, Indiana. Harrison was the son of former President Benjamin Harrison. Roosevelt declines an investment opportunity as he leaves for Africa "in a fortnight". This is most likely one of Roosevelt's last letters while President. CONDITION: Excellent. CG
