Lot consists of (A) Outstanding condition World War II Imperial Japanese aviator leather gloves. CONDITION: The gloves are stamped on the interior wrist. The stamps are somewhat faded but remain legible. The gloves do not exhibit any tears or stains. The only imperfection is a small hole on the tip of the left middle finger. All snaps and straps function properly. These gloves appeared to be unissued and are a bit stiff from storage. This is an excellent pair of World War II Japanese gloves that would be near impossible to upgrade. Overall excellent. (B) High condition World War II Imperial Japanese aviator fur lined suede leather gloves. CONDITION: The gloves do not exhibit any tears, stains, or loose stitching. There is some suede loss on the fingers. The gloves have nice, clear stamps on the exterior wrists. The number "18" for Showa year 18 of 1943 is legible in the stamp. The brass components exhibit slight greening. The interior fur is complete showing no signs of loss. The gloves even retain their original tie string to keep them together. Overall excellent. hard to upgrade. (C) World War II Japanese Army tropical mittens. CONDITION: The mittens exhibit a few slight stains but are very clean overall. The mittens are stamped on the exterior wrist and are somewhat faded. There are no tears or major stitching flaws. Overall excellent. JLD
