Lot contains: (A) SA dagger with a "RZM, M7/80" marked blade which has been heavily polished with runner marks. Nickel-plated fittings retain approximately 93% of their finish with scattered marks and nicks. Rosewood grip is excellent with very light damage. SA emblem and eagle are original to the grip and in excellent plus condition. Steel scabbard retains approximately 90% of its painted brown finish with scattered marks and chips. Nickle-plated fittings retain approximately 95% of their finish with freckling and scattered light marks. "RZM" marked hangar is attached with light wear. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (B) SA dagger with a "F. HERDER A.S." marked blade with visible cross graining, runner and scattered marks, with numerous tiny spots of freckling, especially on its edges. Aluminum fittings exhibit light wear. Rosewood grip is excellent with very light damage. SA emblem and eagle are original to the grip and in excellent condition. Repainted steel scabbard retains approximately 95% of its postwar painted brown finish, with signs of freckling under the paint. Nickle fittings are dull with scattered marks, and two half inch dents on the lower fitting. "RZM" marked hangar is attached with light wear. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. WZ
