Parker "GH" Grade side by side shotgun built by Parker Brothers Gun Company in Meriden, Connecticut in 1904. Damascus steel barrels with matted rib, bead front sight, and extractors. Case hardened No. 2 frame action with typical GH grade bird and scroll engraving, double triggers, and automatic safety. Walnut figured checkered pistol grip stock with widow's peak Parker logo buttplate and grip cap. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with Anson and Deeley latch release. CONDITION: Barrels have worn to a silvery patina with some scratches and dings from heavy use. Action worn to a silvery patina with some small area of light pitting. Stock has aged bolt type repair and a 1" crack behind tang which is open but appears to be stable. Forearm checkering is worn flat with heavy finish wear. Bores show light pitting. Gun locks up tight with opening lever slightly to the left. DLM
