Kentucky percussion rifle signed in script "E. D." for Enoch Dalby. Enoch Dalby worked in Millsboro, Washington County Pennsylvania circa 1850 to 1870. Gun has full octagon rifled barrel with German silver front sight and notched rear sight with barrel flat signed "E.D." in script. Percussion lock with double set trigger control. Full curly maple stock with artificially applied striping and brass furniture. Comes with blacksmith fabricated iron ramrod. CONDITION: Overall fair with metal showing an aged patina and some light surface pitting. Stock has solid wrist repair and added coat of linseed oil. Dark bore with visible rifling and functioning mechanics. DLM
