Lot consists of (A) Smith & Wesson 28-2 with fixed serrated front sight on serrated front, smooth rib, adjustable square notch rear sight. Blued finish. Pinned barrel, recessed cylinder. Case colored hammer and trigger. Magna grips with checkered panels, S&W medallions, and serrated straps. CONDITION: Very good, retaining the vast majority of the factory matte blue with some minor marks from handling throughout. One spot of oxidation on the right side of forcing cone, some spotting to cylinder. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling. (B) S&W 65-1 with fixed serrated front sight, smooth rib, notch rear sight. Serrated trigger, checkered hammer. Pinned barrel, recessed cylinder. Checkered walnut magna grips. CONDITION: Very good as used, retaining the vast majority of the bright stainless finish with some old areas of oxidation, mostly on rib and toward muzzle. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling. EW
