Lot contains: (A) Pre-war matching K98K bayonet and scabbard made by "Coppel G.m.b.H." with the serial numbers of "362 j" and dated "39", with 90+% of its original blued finish on the blade. Fittings retain 65-70& of their blued finish, and early Bakelite grip panels have light wear. Blued steel scabbard has the matching number and maker, and retains 40-45% of its blued finish with scattered marks and freckling throughout, as well as a half inch deep dent on the front side. Early black leather frog with aluminum rivets is era attached, and with moderate wear. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. (B) Pre-war matching K98K bayonet and scabbard made by "P.WEYERSBURG" with the serial numbers of "6296 g" and dated "38", with 95+% of its original blued finish on the blade. Fittings retain 85-90& of their blued finish and early Bakelite grip panels have light wear. Blued steel scabbard has the matching number and maker, and retains 80-85% of its blued finish with scattered marks and light freckling. Early brown leather Luftwaffe frog marked "LBA", with a date of "1938" and maker marked to a company in "NIEDERRHEIN" with aluminum rivets is era attached, and with light wear. CONDITION: Overall excellent to excellent plus. (C) Very early pre-war matching K98K bayonet and scabbard made by "S/172" with the serial numbers of "2119 a" and dated "36" with 85-90% of its original blued finish on the blade. Fittings retain 70-75& of their blued finish and early Bakelite grip panels have light wear. Blued steel scabbard has the matching number and maker, and retains 70-75% of its blued finish with scattered marks and freckling. Early black leather frog with aluminum rivets is era attached, and with moderate wear. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (D) Dress bayonet with a "E. PACK & SOHNE" marked nickel-plated blade with scattered marks and very light freckling. Fittings retain 90-95% of their nickel plating and black grip panels exhibit light wear. Steel scabbard retains 65-70% of its original black painted finish with patina. The correct black leather frog is attached. CONDITION: Overall excellent. WZ
