Gustloff Werke "SA Marked" KKW trainer bolt action rifle. Made early war with commercial proofs on the barrel and receiver. Barrel is marked "KAL .22 LANG FUR BUCHSEN" followed by the serial number. Receiver is marked with the company logo and address. Crisp SA property stamp (S.A.d.NSDAP) on the left side of the butt. No import mark found. Stock and bolt do not look to be numbered. Rear sight base and tangent are numbered "205". Round steel barrel with blade front sight and rear sight adjustable to 200 meters. Original finish on the metal. Full wood stock with a metal butt plate. Includes attached reproduction sling. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with some wear and handling marks. Stock has been lightly sanded. There are 2 cracks forming on both sides of the wrist. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA.
