Classic configuration of the 1860 Army revolver with 8" .44 caliber barrel. Cut at recoil shield and butt for shoulder stock. Matching serial numbers observed on barrel assembly, frame, trigger guard, last four digits observed on cylinder, wedge, and arbor pin. "C" stamp on cylinder. "H" martial mark observeed on cylinder, right side of barrel assembly above wedge, behind trigger guard, and top of backstrap. Faint illegible cartouche on right side of grips. CONDITIONS: Good. Metal is an even light patina throughout, with flashes of dove grey. Grips are very good and full sized with some handling marks throughout and and couples deeper dings acquired over age. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is good with strong rifling and pitting throughout. An honest example. EW
