Japanese Type 14 Nambu semi automatic pistol with holster. First series gun, made November 1942 at the Toriimatsu Plant of Nagoya Arsenal. No import mark found. Matching serials on the frame, trigger, bolt, bolt stop, and magazine. Blade front sight with u-notch rear. Original finish on the metal components. Serrated wood grips. Magazine is blued steel. Included is a hard shell leather holster, with faint ink stamp on lid and old tag with Japanese characters and serial number of gun, with cleaning rod and spare firing pin. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with some light wear and handling marks. Grips have a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is very clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light finish wear. Holster is excellent overall with some wear and handling marks. Some stitching has pulled at the rear, but remaining stitching is tight. Leather is supple. Cleaning rood has a minor bend at tip, firing pin in very good. Very sharp rig!
