Japanese Type 14 Nambu semi automatic pistol with holster. Second series gun, made February 1944 at the Toriimatsu Plant of Nagoya Arsenal. No import mark found. Matching serials on the frame, trigger, bolt, bolt stop, and magazine. Blade front sight with U-notch rear. Late style, fully round and checkered bolt stop. Original finish on the metal components. Serrated wood grips. Magazine is blued steel. Includes a hard shell leather holster. Faint Japanese characters on the inside of the flap. CONDITION: Metal retains 75% of its original finish with some light wear and handling marks. Grips are excellent. Bore is lightly with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light finish wear. Holster has light wear. Tight stitching. Brass loops are missing from the back of the holster, as are the leather tabs that hold them in. JWA
