Early English made fowling piece circa late 1700s - early 1800s. Round tapered 47 - 3/8" smoothbore barrel with Birmingham proofs at breech. T. Ketland & Co marked flint lock. Walnut full stock with engraved brass hardware and thumbpiece inlay and floral pierced lock sideplate. Comes with hardwood ramrod. CONDITION: Metal has dark aged patina with old surface pitting. Wood looks to have been cleaned and a coat of wax added with chip missing to left of trigger guard. Dark bore with good mechanics. DLM
