Marlin Model 1889 rifle manufactured in 1889 with extra long 28" octagon full magazine barrel with blade front sight and adjustable rear sight. Blued frame with "Marlin Safety" marked on top and case hardened hammer and lever. Plain walnut stock with blued steel crescent butt. CONDITION: Very good as refinished. Stock retain 95% of new finish. Receiver has reapplied blue over light pitting, and barrel and magazine tube retain 98% of reapplied blue. Bore is bright with soft visible rifling. JTH
