Lot consists of (A) S1mith & Wesson Model 25-2 double action revolver. Made circa 1982-1983. Company trademark on the right side of the frame, in addition to the company address. Matching serials on the frame and butt. Square butt. Round steel barrel with ramped blade front sight and adjustable U-notch rear. Factory nickel finish on the barrel and frame. Case colored hammer and trigger. Serrated trigger and knurled spurred hammer. Checkered wood stocks with "S&W" monograms. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with some light wear, scratches and handling marks. Grips are excellent. Clean bore with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lockup. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. (B) Smith & Wesson 18-1 double action revolver. Made 1961. Company trademark on the right side of the frame, in addition to the company address. Square butt. Round, steel barrel with ramped blade front sight and adjustable U-notch rear. Factory nickel finish on the barrel and frame. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Case colored serrated trigger and knurled spurred hammer. Checkered wood stocks with "S&W" monograms. Added plastic finger grooves on the front strap. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with some light scratches and handling marks. Grip has a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is clean with sharp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lockup. Mechanically fine. JWA
