(M) LOT OF 2: COLT TROOPER MK III AND OFFICER'S MODEL 38 DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVERS.

Lot consists of (A) Trooper MK III revolver manufactured by Colt in 1980. 6" barrel with a ramp front sight and adjustable rear sight. Frame is mounted with 2 piece Colt checkered walnut gold medallion target grips. Left side of barrel is marked "TROOPER MK III/ * .22 LONG RIFLE *", with Colt's single line address across the right. Left side of frame bears the Rampant Colt logo and "VP" proof. CONDITION: Metal components retain the vast majority of their factory blue finish, showing few minor areas of wear. Sideplate screw on the left side of the frame has split. Bore is bright and retains good rifling throughout. Checkered walnut grips show some light smoothing, with the right side showing a crack near the top. (B) Officer's Model 38 manufactured by Colt in 1912. 6" barrel with blade front sight and adjustable rear sight. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered walnut Colt medallion grips. Left side of barrel is marked "+ OFFICERS MODEL 38 +", with Colt's 2 line address across the top. Left side of frame bears the Rampant Colt within a "C" motif. CONDITION: Metal components show wear all around with some areas of scattered freckling. Good bore with good rifling throughout. Grips show smoothing and scattered handling marks. -MLW-
