Franz Sodia external hammer side by side shotgun made by Franz Sodia, Ferlach, Austria, circa mid 20th Century. Blued “Krupp Fluss Stahl” barrels with matted rib, bead front sight, and extractors. Coin finish action with sideclips and game scene engraving. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with cheekpiece, horn buttplate, and grip cap with sling swivels. Walnut checkered splinter type forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 70% original blue with usage scratches and marks. Barrels have some small nicks and dings on left barrel. Coin finish fading to a dark patina. Wood has almost all original hand rubbed finish with small dings and usage marks. Good bores and mechanics. DLM
