Lot consists of (A) Smith & Wesson Model 617-4 double action revolver. Made 2000. Company logo on the left side of the frame, with the company address on the left side of the frame. 10 shot fluted cylinder. Round butt frame. Round stainless steel barrel with ramped blade front sight and no factory iron sights. Stainless steel scope rail is attached. Stainless frame and cylinder. Case colored smooth face trigger with knurled spurred hammer. Factory rubber grip with finger grooves. Includes a nylon shoulder holster. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with some wear and scratches. Grip is excellent. Clean bore with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lockup. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. Holster is very good with light wear. (B) Smith & Wesson Model 586-3 double action revolver. Made 1989. Company logo on the left side of the frame, with the company address on the left side of the frame. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Round butt frame. Round steel barrel with ramped blade front sight and adjustable U-notch rear sight. Front sight blade has been painted red. Blued finish on the metal components. Case colored smooth face trigger and knurled spurred hammer. Factory rubber grip with finger grooves. CONDTION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with light wear and a few handling marks. Grip is excellent. Clean bore with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Crisp timing and lockup. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. JWA
