Lot consists of (A) Smith & Wesson 14-3 double action revolver. Made 1973. Company trademark and address on the right side of the frame. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Square butt frame. Matching serials on the frame and butt. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and adjustable U-notch rear. Factory blued finish. Case colored serrated trigger and knurled spurred hammer. Checkered wood grips with "S&W" monogram medallions. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with a few freckles of surface rust. There is some surface rust on the rear sight as well. Grips have handling marks, dents, and scratches. Crisp bore with sharp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Needs adjustment, as it is only functioning in single action. (B) Smith & Wesson K22 double action revolver. Made 1951. Company trade mark and address on the right side of the frame. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Square butt frame. Matching serials on the butt, cylinder, and barrel. Matching assembly numbers on the frame and yolk. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and adjustable u-notch rear. Factory blued finish. Case colored serrated trigger and knurled spurred hammer. Checkered wood grips with "S&W" monogram medallions. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with light handling marks and scratches. Some edge wear on the barrel. Grips are excellent with a few handling marks. Crisp rifling in the bore. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lockup. Very light draglines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. JWA
