Lot consists of: (A) CZ Brno Model 1 bolt action rifle. Made 1950 and reproofed in 1995. Czech commercial proofs on the barrel and receiver. Right side of the receiver is marked “MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA”, while the left side reads “ZBROJOVKA BRNO/narodni podnik”. “CZ” monogram emblem followed by “BRNO MOD 1 cal 22 Long Rifle” marked on the left side of the barrel. Small Century import mark on the bottom of the barrel in front of the fore stock. Round steel barrel with blade front sight. No rear sight present. Blued finish on the metal components, looking to have been arsenal reapplied before entering the country. Walnut stock with serrated plastic butt plate. Includes unmarked blued steel magazine. CONDITON: Metal retains 85% of its reapplied finish with light wear and handling marks. Wood is excellent with a few scratches. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. (B) Zastava CZ-99 bolt action rifle. Made circa 2000s in Serbia and imported by “C.A.I. GEORGIA. VT” as marked on the left side of the receiver. Serbian proofs on the receiver and barrel. Bolt is electro pencil marked “5667”. Round, steel barrel with hooded blade front sight and U-notch adjustable rear. Grooved receiver. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Oil finished wood stock with checkering on the forearm and wrist. Serrated plastic butt plate marked “ZASTAVA/arms”. Sling studs present. Includes original five round blued steel magazine. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few handling marks and scratches. Stock is excellent as well. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. JWA
