Lot consists of (A) Winchester Model 69A bolt action rifle. Made 1950s. Barrel marked with company address and trademark. Winchester proofs on the barrel and receiver. Round steel barrel with hooded blade front sight. Added rear peep sight, with the left side of the stock being cut back to accommodate it. Blued finish on the metal components. Trigger guard and bolt have been nickel plated. Oil finished walnut stock with plastic checkered butt plate. Buttplate is Winchester marked. 5 round magazine is "W" marked on the floor plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its finishes with a few handling marks and scratches. Wood is excellent with a few handling marks. Clean bore with crisp rifling. Magazine is excellent. Mechanically fine. (B) Winchester Model 61 slide action rifle with scope. Made 1963. Winchester trademark on the left side of the barrel. Winchester proofs on the barrel and frame. Matching serials on the trigger guard and frame. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and U-notch rear leaf. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Grooved receiver. Oil finished wood stocks with ribbed forearm. Factory Winchester checkered plastic butt plate. Includes attached Weaver B6 scope with Weaver 22 Tip Off mount. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Wood has some finish wear, handling marks and scratches. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Scope has an excellent exterior, light fog in the optics. JWA
