Browning .380 with diminutive blade front sight, pinched notch rear sight, external extractor, rear cocking serrations. Left side of slide with "BROWNOING ARMS COMPANY _ ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI / MADE IN BELGIUM" and Belgian proofs. Proofs repeated on left side of frame. Covered with traditional Browning Renaissance pattern vine and floral engraving, with Pearlite grips and gold washed trigger. Housed in a French fitted case simply marked "Made in Belgium" on inside of lid. CONDITION: Very good, with some age related patination visible in the engraving, primarily noticeably underneath ejection port. Gold wash is lifting from trigger somewhat. Some minor scattered marks from operation and storage. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is excellent with crisp rifling and some minor frosting towards muzzle. EW
