Lot consists of (A) Winchester Model 72 tube fed bolt action .22 caliber rimfire rifle made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company from 1938 to 1959. Blued round Winchester Proof Steel barrel with dovetailed front blade sight and notched adjustable rear stamped sight. Blued undrilled smooth top action and bolt with blued tubular magazine. Action marked with a "STAR " and other mysterious mark, possibly indicating gun was exported during World War II. Walnut plain pistol grip stock with Winchester logo plastic buttplate. CONDITION: 70% fading blue with some light freckling. 70% varnish with some usage marks and dings. Good bore and mechanics. (B) Winchester Model 67-A bolt action single shot rifle known as a "Boy's Rifle" made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company from 1934 to 1949. 20" round rifled Winchester Proof Steel barrel with dovetailed blade front sight and dovetailed rear stamped adjustable rear sight with barrel and action made out of one piece of steel with chrome covered bolt and trigger guard. Walnut takedown plain pistol grip stock with plastic Winchester logo buttplate. CONDITION: 70% original blue with some surface pitting. 90% chrome finish with some flaking. Traces of original varnish with stock cut at extreme angle. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
