Lot consists of: (A) Custom engraved Smith and Wesson Model 39-2 semi-automatic pistol, serial number A214655 with matching factory box. 4" barrel chambered in 9mm. Custom engraved outside of the factory in the Smith and Wesson A style with scrolls on a punch dot background covering about 85% of the gun. 2 piece checkered grips with Smith and Wesson gold medallions on either side. CONDITION: Excellent plus, with engraving beginning to oxidize as it was done after the gun left the factory. Grips are in matching condition with almost all of their original finish remaining with checkering sharp. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand. Bore is bright with crisp rifling.
