Remington Model 03-A4 bolt action magazine rifle set up as a sniper rifle and built by the Remington Arms Company in Ilion, New York in February of 1943. "RA" marked sightless barrel with "9-43" date and flaming bomb stamp. Parkerized receiver with mount for Redfield "Junior" base and Weaver "M73B1" scope with crosshair reticle. Correct side placement of markings and correct bent "R" marked blued bolt handle. Walnut "C" stock with correct "FJA" and "crossed cannon" inspector marks. "K" for "Keystone" in cutoff switch dish. Correct "P" in circle tang stamp. Correct Walnut top wood. Stock has correct blued hardware. Gun is fitted with parkerized Redfield "Junior" 1 piece base with Weaver "M73B1" crosshair reticle scope with fingertip external adjustment screws and serial numbered "7635029". CONDITION: 90% plus overall original arsenal finish remaining with light handling marks and dings. Barrel has ME of 1 and TE of 2 with great mechanics. Scope is clear with some bubbling noticeable in lens (possibly dirt inside). Nice gun. DLM
