Lot consists of (A) Eagle Arms Company cup fire metallic cartridges. Partial box with 39 rounds. Patented July 17, 1859 and reissued July 21, 1863. An extremely early box of cartridges. Green top label and orange side label. CONDITION: Top label has some wear and storage marks. Box is solid. (B) Frankford Arsenal 1870. 10 rim primed blank cartridges / Spencer carbine Cal. 50. Sealed box. CONDITION: Box has some staining. Label has some wear. (C) 6 rounds of .50 caliber Spencer ammunition in box. CONDITION: Box is taped together and the ammo is clean. (D) 7 rounds of .50 caliber Spencer ammunition in box. CONDITION: Box is held together with string and the ammo is clean. (E) 6 "Combustible Envelope / CARTRIDGES / Made of American Powder Co's Powder / For Remington's Colt's And Other / Revolving Holster Pistol, / 44-100 inch Calibre, / WARRENTED SUPERIOR QUALITY". CONDITION: Looks to have been opened and glued back together.
