23" tall western bronze depicting a cowboy breaking a horse, with horse mid jump with all four hooves off of the ground. Marked "SUNNING HIS HEELS 1/25 by BILL PLUNKETT". Mounted on wooden base. CONDITION: Very good overall with a pleasing dark patina with some toning. BAS
