Lot consists of (A) U.S. Flintlock Musket lock converted to percussion and excavated in the 1980s from a 1862-1863 Confederate Camp Site near Shelbyville, Tennessee. Lock comes with original invoice and provenance from dealer who sold it. CONDITION: As found with heavy pitting with lock in uncocked position. (B) U.S. Model 1842 percussion lock excavated from a location in Eastern Tennessee that was a known Federal Campsite. Comes with consignor provenance. CONDITION: As found with heavy pitting. Lock is in the uncocked position. (C) U.S. Model 1855 rifled musket lock with Maynard Priming system with door open. Found at unknown location and date. CONDITION: As found with heavy pitting. Door open in the ready to load position. DLM
