Smith & Wesson "Victory" Revolver made by Smith and Wesson made for U.S Navy use during World War II. Pinned 4" matted finish barrel with blade front sight marked with Caliber "38S&W Special CTG" and "SMITH & WESSON" on other side. Matted finish frame with "S&W" logo and "Made in the U.S.A." markings. Matted finish 6 shot cylinder with latch opener. Plain walnut 2 piece grips with lanyard loop and serial number "V192161" serial number and flaming bomb stamp. Comes with military style brown leather unmarked holster. CONDITION: 95% original finish with some light handling marks. Good bore, grips and mechanics. Holster has some scuffs and dings with good stitching. DLM

CORRECTION: Without the factory Naval marking, but appropriate military proofs, this gun was not necessarily issued to the Navy and may have gone to a different military branch.
