Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall single shot rifle made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1895. Blued No 1 weight full octagon barrel with Winchester address and patent dates on top of the barrel. Rifle comes with Globe front flip sight, rear buckhorn sight, and tang Vernier peep sight. Case hardened action with plain trigger. Walnut plain stock and case hardened crescent steel buttplate and walnut splinter forearm with ebony inlay. CONDITION: 90% fading barrel blue with some discoloration near muzzle and wear on the corners. 70% fading case colors with some light surface crazing. 80% original varnish with some scratches and dings. Rear tang sight screw sticks out of tang. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
