Lots consists of (A) Standard configuration K98 manufactured by Steyr in 1940. Receiver is marked "660/ 1940". Receiver and barrel bear eagle over "WaA623" acceptance stamps. Left side of barrel bears a Mitchell's Mausers import stamp. All numbers are matching, with the vast majority components being forced matched by the importer. Laminated wood stock has been sanded and refinished. Bolt assembly is in-the-white. CONDITION: Very good as refinished, some areas of light wear and thinning all around. Mirror bore with well defined rifling throughout. Stock shows few storage and handling marks. (B) Yugoslavian M24/47 manufactured by Zastava Arms. Receiver bears the Yugoslavian crest over the chamber, with "24/47" on the left hand side. Bottom of barrel is SAMCO import stamped. All visible numbers are matching, with the majority of components being force matched by the importer. Stock has been sanded and revarnished. Bolt assembly and buttplate are in the white. Complete with importer box. CONDITION: Very good overall, showing scattered areas of wear and thinning all around. Mirror bore with well defined rifling throughout. Stock is very good showing few handling and storage marks. MLW
