The first, C. & A. R. R. locomotive oiler with long spout and original old patina. Oiler is prominently marked "C. & A. R. R." in circular arc on body side. Manufacturer unknown. Scale rating: 8. The second, "L. S. & M. S." prominently embossed on side of round body of oiler. Manufacturer's hallmark is not completely visible on shoulder. 1896 patent date. Scale rating: 6.
