1921, Berwick Doll Co. Basic doll with composition head, cloth body and composition lower arms and legs, with 7 interchangeable character heads: clown, Indian, frowning child, googly (eyes peeling), other boys(one crazed) and girls. Each head has its own outfit: sailor suit with hat, pink lawn dress and hat, rose pink dress and hat, checkered boy’s suit, brown and white romper suit, green Indian outfit, clown with hat. It’s rare to find a set that contains all of the outfits. Original instruction and explanation cards tell about the costumes and how to play with the dolls – make 18 different dolls from one by changing faces and costumes. Original box with compartments and explanation on the inside lid (box is worn with some side pieces of lid missing.
