Yellowed paper dial has Roman numerals and PRR logo above the hands, "Lancaster, PA" below the hands. Two winding springs, round wood case may be quartersawn cherry. Old finish is in good condition. Function of clock is unknown and not tested, no winding key in included. Hands look to be sheet metal replacements.
