Poupée peau, marked only with size number 6, but undoubtedly by François Gaultier. Bisque socket head on bisque shoulder plate. Gorgeous blue/gray paperweight eyes with threaded irises, black eyeliner, delicately stroked upper and lower eyelashes, blonde feathered eyebrows, closed mouth with lip shading strokes, pierced ears with pearl earrings, cork pate, replaced human hair wig. Original gusseted French kid lady body (overall soil, but sturdy, fingers worn and legs stiffened and curved in a bit at the hips). Lovely brown silk taffeta gown from antique fabric, antique pink cotton corset, white cotton undies and brown leather shoes, antique velvet hat with flower trim. Gorgeous doll.
