Standard 3 dot sights with lightened Commander style hammer, ambidextrous safeties, downswept beavertail safety, serrated slide release, checkered magazine release, serrated mainspring housing, undercut trigger guard. Burl walnut grips. Slide has been engraved with scroll acanthus and inlaid with a gold seal on right side depicting a bald eagle and shield with "E PLURIBUS UNUM" on ribbon, left side with "COLT'S MFG. CO" in banner, and rampant Colt. In Colt blue box with appropriate paperwork and extra magazine. Slipcase has end label identifying pistol by serial number. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining the vast majority of the factory blue with some minor marks from handling and storage. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is excellent with crisp rifling. Box is fine. Please note that this lot and the previous lot, 2387, are sequentially numbered. EW
