Gents vintage 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe wristwatch with cushion-shaped case and double signed "private label" movement, Circa 1924. Case diameter, 31mm. Fully signed and hallmarked. Caseback marked inside "PPCo, 18kts, 288492, Patek, Philippe & Co, Switzerland" with beautiful hand engraved presentation "From Laura, Xmas, 1924". Manual-wind mechanical movement, marked "J.B. Hudson & Son, Minneapolis, Minn., Fifteen(15)Jewels, Eight(8)Adjustments, No. 805215, Patek, Philippe & Co, Geneva, Switzerland". Matte silver/champagne dial marked "Patek Philippe, Geneve" with applied yellow gold markers and hands, and subsidiary seconds dial above 6 o'clock position. Watch has stitched honey/brown strap and original gold tang/buckle, marked "PPCo, AG" with hallmarks. Beautiful cushion shaped square case with raised square design on caseback. Watch is running, in excellent overall condition with some very light signs of wear. Also includes a newer black watch case with zipper closure.
