Standard configuration P.08 manufactured by the Royal Arsenal Erfurt for the Imperial German military in 1918. Receiver is stamped "1918" over the chamber area, with arsenal proofs on the right-hand side. Imperial German Reichsadler is present on the right side of the receiver and barrel, as well as on the left side of the breechblock. Crown over "RC" Revision Commission stamps are present on the frame, receiver, and barrel. All numbers are matching, with the exception of the magazine. CONDITION: Metal components retain large amounts of their arsenal reapplied blue finish, exhibiting some scattered areas of wear and thinning overall. Bore is bright, exhibiting light oxidation and good rifling throughout. Checkered walnut grips show some smoothing, as well as a few minor nicks to the diamonds.
