Winchester 3rd Model 1873 lever action carbine made by Winchester Repeating Arms in 1887. Blued round rifled barrel with pinned integral front sight and flip type graduated rear sight. Blued third model frame with integral dust cover rail, saddle ring and blued full tubular magazine. Walnut carbine style stock with steel trapdoor buttplate and walnut carbine forearm. CONDITION: Metal surfaces have added cold blue with some light pitting. Wood has oil soaked or stained appearance with some deep dings but no cracks or visible restoration. Dark pitted shootable bore with good mechanics. DLM
